Privacy policy

This page describes how I handle personal data when you visit kroghdev.se, get in touch or hire me.
Data controller
Rasmus Krogh-Andersen, a sole trader operating as Kroghdev, Stockholm, Sweden. Send questions about your data to info@kroghdev.se.
What data I process
- The contact form: name, email address, company (if you fill it in) and your message.
- Email: what you write when you email me, and your email address.
- Booking a call: name, email address and your answers to the booking questions, via Calendly.
- Projects: contact and invoicing details when you become a client.
Why, and on what legal basis
- Replying to your enquiry — my legitimate interest in being able to answer it, or steps taken before we may enter into a contract.
- Carrying out a project — to perform our contract.
- Bookkeeping — to comply with Swedish accounting law.
How long data is kept
- Enquiries that don't lead to a project are deleted after 12 months.
- Data about an ongoing project is kept for as long as the project lasts.
- Invoices and other accounting records are kept for 7 years, as required by Swedish accounting law.
Who handles the data
I never sell your data or share it with anyone for marketing. To run the site and my email I use a few service providers, who only process the data on my behalf:
- Vercel — hosts the website.
- Google (Gmail) — email, including messages from the contact form.
- ImprovMX — forwards email sent to @kroghdev.se addresses.
- Calendly — booking of calls.
Some of them may process data outside the EU/EEA. When they do, it is under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies for tracking, analytics or marketing. If you book a call, Calendly opens, which has its own terms and cookies.
Your rights
You have the right to know what data I hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a machine-readable format. Email info@kroghdev.se and I'll reply within one month.
If you're not happy with how I handle your data, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, IMY.
Changes
If this policy changes, I'll update the date at the top of the page.
